What We Do
Results are accomplished by conducting scientific profiling, assessments and debriefs. A plan is formulated to realize the growth one would like to achieve. Most work can be done over the telephone at your convenience. We have worked with people as far away as Paris. In some cases (group dynamics/conflict resolution), in person work is the most effective. Rates can be communicated directly. It takes very little work to see initial results and I can be retained as a valuable part of your human resources team on an ongoing basis.

Predictive Index - The Predictive Index is a questionnaire based self awareness tool designed to promote a deep understanding of our behavior. This 10 min questionnaire provides information on interpersonal communication styles, personal motivational needs, as well as fulfillment prerequisites. Full debriefing with a certified PI analyst provides the self awareness needed to effectively address relationship and business related conflicts, illuminate career fulfilling prerequisites and generally gives the client a deep understanding of the factors that affect their emotional well-being and behaviours with other.

The tools and debriefs gives your employees the tools and insights they need to develop and increase self- awareness and a thorough understanding of what motivates their day to day behaviors.
